Mustard Traeger Baked Asparagus Pancetta Cheese Tart Our baked asparagus pancetta cheese tart is the perfect party starting appetizer. A flaky crust is topped with fresh asparagus, savory pancetta, salty parmesan, and tied together with our signature wood-fired flavor. Ingredients 1 SHEET PUFF PASTRY 8 OZ ASPARAGUS, PENCIL SPEARS 8 OZ PANCETTA, COOKED AND DRAINED 1 CUP CREAM 4 EGGS 1/4 cup GOAT CHEESE 4 TBSP GRATED PARMESAN 1 TBSP CHOPPED CHIVES BLACK PEPPER Preparation When ready to cook, set the temperature to 375o and preheat, lid closed for 15 minutes. Place the puff pastry on a half sheet tray and score around the perimeter 1-inch in from the edges making sure not to cut all the way through. Prick the center of the puff pastry with a fork. Place the sheet tray directly on the grill grate and bake for 15-20 minutes until the pastry has puffed and browned a little bit. While the pastry bakes combine the cream, 3 eggs, both cheeses and chives in a small bowl. Whisk to mix well. Traeger Baked Soft Pretzel with Beer Cheese Sauce Dunk your fresh baked batch in a warm and hoppy cheese sauce. Homemade soft pretzels baked over a Traeger wood fire, topped with smoked salt and paired with a warm and rich beer cheese sauce. Get dippin'. Ingredients Soft Pretzel 1 1/2 CUPS WARM WATER (110-115o) 1 TBSP SUGAR 1 PACKAGE ACTIVE DRY YEAST 4 1/2 CUPS ALL PURPOSE FLOUR 2 TBSP KOSHER SALT 2 OZ MELTED UNSALTED BUTTER COOKING OIL SPRAY 10 CUPS WATER 2/3 CUP BAKING SODA 1 LARGE EGG YOLK BEATEN WITH 1 TBSP WATER JACOBSEN SMOKED SEA SALT, as needed Remove the sheet tray from the grill and pour the egg mixture into the puff pastry. Lay Beer Cheese Sauce the asparagus spears 2 cups SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE on top of the egg mix1/2 cup CREAM CHEESE, ROOM TEMture and sprinkle with PERATURE cooked pancetta. 1/2 tbsp WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE Whisk remaining 2 tsp DIJON MUSTARD egg in a small bowl 2 cloves garlic, minced and brush the top of 1 tsp PAPRIKA the pastry with the egg 1/2 CUP BEER wash. Bake in the Traeger for about 25-30 minutes. To make the Beer Cheese Sauce: In a food processor bowl, add cheddar cheese, cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic and paprika.
