sum will be applied to the total rental amount if bidder(s)
is/are the successful renter(s). Bidder(s) must specifically
represent the aforesaid payment shall apply to any and all
subsequent bids for the property. The successful bidder(s)
shall pay the balance of the rent on March 1, 2018, and the
second year’s rent will be paid in full on March 1, 2019, all
in accordance with the terms of a written lease which will be
