PEST TECHNICIANS the Outdoor Warning Siren system, Yankton County Emergency Management, in conjunction with the Yankton Dispatch Center, are responsible for activating the siren system should it be needed in case of a storm. While Outdoor Warning Siren is an important tool in public warning, they are not a substitute for personal preparedness.
