Perfect Fit to Relaxation... Have you ever had one of those days where you just can’t wait for the day to end, so you can go home and relax? Just think how nice it would be to unwind and relax in your own hot tub anytime you want, either with family, friends or just by yourself. Here are what some of our customers say after they purchased a hot tub. Barb Kingsbury, Volin “We use our hot tub almost nightly – I no longer have to take blood pressure medication. I am more relaxed. My joints feel better. We also get to put our electronic devices down, so we can talk to our family. Hot tubs have numerous health benefits.” Nancy Dangel, Yankton “It was the best investment we have ever made. Our day isn’t complete without a soak in our hot tub. It is very therapeutic.” Leisure World, Inc. has been helping and changing people’s lives for 34 years. When it comes to custom construction, there’s no better partner than Morton Buildings. Morton Buildings has been a leader in the construction industry since 1903. If you’re looking for a new garage to house your vehicles, a hobby shop to protect your prized possessions or a work shop to keep those possessions up and running, Morton will be there to make it happen. We build buildings in all sizes and styles for multiple building uses, and your dream building is no exception. Morton completes thousands of projects each year and has delivered top-of-theline service to more than a quarter-million satisfied customers. From concept to completion, Morton will lead you every step of the way to make sure we fulfill our promise to provide only the best buildings in the business. Our Morton sales consultants are experts in design and especially instrumental in the planning process, ensuring you will be able to customize every detail of your building to best suit your needs. When you choose to build Morton, you will be able to choose from a long list of building options and features that have made Morton stand head and shoulders above its competitors. We use the highest quality materials available, and it shows when our beautiful buildings are brought to life. Morton Buildings offers many options to utilize for the foundation of your building. Most notably, our exclusive concrete Morton Foundation System removes wood from the ground and replaces it with pre-cast concrete columns to give our buildings superior strength and dependability you can count on. Other foundation options include columns on a monolithic slab, framed walls with footings or trench footings. Morton buildings feature our timetested timber-frame construction, and our triple-laminated columns are made up of number-one southern yellow pine to guarantee superior strength and dependability. Our roll-formed Hi-Rib steel is strong, durable and aesthetically pleasing, giving you a low-maintenance building exterior that will stand the test of time. A Morton trademark for decade, our steel is .019 inches thick, or 26-gauge, with a one-inch tall major rib, providing added strength over the typical steel from a competitor that is .015 inches thick with five-eighths of an inch major rib. “The question’s obvious,” Michel, a Morton Buildings garage owner from coastal Texas said. “Why would you want to build a building like this, close to Galveston Bay, with hurricane threats? My reply to that is I took that into account and the engineering behind the building reflects it. That’s why it’s a Morton building.” Additionally, Morton has developed a variation to its interior steel to enhance the customer experience. Morton’s acoustical steel has been used as an efficient sound insulation system in building interiors. The innovation is especially helpful in Morton buildings that may encounter loud noises, such as garages, hobby buildings or smaller personal workshops. “Everybody asks about (the acoustical steel),” Morton building owner Trever explained. “We use impact tools and it seems to help out with (the noise), especially in the winter time when the doors are all closed. It seems to do the trick.” One of the other things we hear most from our satisfied customers is the excellent efficiency in their Morton.
