Full-time Program Director To oversee our new Challenging Behavior Program and provide oversight for its Traumatic Brain Injury program.  The Program Director will be responsible for collaborating with the Lead Resident Advocate to provide oversight of program staff.  The Program Director will also coordinate the admissions process and will serve as an advocate for residents and their families.  The Program Director will collaborate with physicians and other health care personnel in resident evaluation and treatment to further understand significant social and emotional factors underlying the resident’s health problem. The Program Director will be responsible for the education of staff in understanding resident needs.  Qualified candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Social Work, Masters preferred.  Five to seven years experience placing residents with clinical and behavioral challenges in the field of behavioral services and/or long term care preferred.
